Dr. Pramila Irnale - Chairperson of PVSS
Pleased to introduce Mrs. Pramila Irnale, a distinguished individual with a profound impact on the fields of education and healthcare for underprivileged girls and women. Dr. Pramila Irnale is not only a Doctor of Yoga and Naturopathy but has also held key positions in the educational sector, contributing significantly to the empowerment of individuals through skill development.
For a substantial period, Mrs. Pramila Irnale served as the Principal of Prakashman Vividh Shikshan Sanstha and vocational courses, demonstrating her commitment to quality education. Additionally, she dedicated 8 years as the Principal of Gandhi Vocational Training Institute, leaving an indelible mark on the institution.
One of Mrs. Irnale's remarkable achievements includes establishing over 300 self-help groups across Mumbai, showcasing her dedication to community development. Over the past two decades, she has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring, personally instructing beneficiaries in 8 to 10 different trades among the 52+ trades and skills offered under the roof of PVSS.
What sets Mrs. Pramila Irnale apart is her holistic approach towards skill development. Not only does she impart training and knowledge, but she also goes a step further to ensure that the beneficiaries become financially independent. Through her efforts, she provides a fixed source of income to those she has trained, making a tangible impact on their lives.
