His journey began with almost three decades of effective leadership at Prakashman Vividh Shikshan Sanstha, where he served as its head before founding Prakashman Charitable Trust. As a lawyer by profession, Mr. Shrikant Irnale, along with his better half Mrs. Pramila Irnale, a doctor, has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to noble causes. Over 80% of their earnings have been dedicated to the welfare of society, funding the projects of PVSS and making a substantial impact on the lives of those in need.

Prakashman Charitable Trust, under Mr. Shrikant Irnale's guidance, focuses on key areas such as addressing senior citizen issues, catering to the educational needs of orphan children, promoting awareness and the importance of sports in the younger generation, and fostering the development of cultural arts and crafts.
